It certainly has that 'electric feel', which is particularly enhanced by the different colours of neon and what light there is in the sky. Is it a panorama? The curved effect is great anyway

Well, that's somekind of a very colourful picture you'd taken in America. I'm kind a bit speechless about that one and there isn't really much to critique I think.
The panorama works great with this buildings, it's great that the blue hotel is exactly in the centre of the picture, the red one is right and the.. Yeah, that's a bit sad. I think it would have been so great, if the orange building would have also strong and powerful colours like his two neighbours.
But that's only the impact, your picture is still great.
The two or three persons doesn't disturb the picture.
